With the Mailovo app you start your email move on your phone. You can see at any time how far it has got. And we let you know when it is done or briefly needs your help.

What the app does for you
Before the move
Test for free, no sign-up
You start the test right in the app. It moves your newest emails from the last 30 days, up to 200 MB. You do not need an account for it.
Help for your provider
The app recognises your provider from your address. It shows you step by step what to do and opens the right page of your provider with one tap.
During the move
Progress, nice and calm
You see how many emails have already moved, with one calm sentence instead of lots of numbers. The app shows each folder if you want.
A message on your phone
We let you know when the move is done or needs your help, for example because a new password is needed. Only if you want this.
Fix problems right in the app
Enter a new password or turn on IMAP: the app explains how. Then the move carries on.
After the move

Where your old address is still stored, which newsletters you receive and who you should tell about your new address.

The app works with our servers in a data centre in Nuremberg.
Your old mailbox stays as it is
We only read it. Nothing is deleted or moved.
One account for app and website
You sign in with a code we send you by email. You do not need a password.
Questions about the app
- Does the app cost anything?
- No, the app is free. You only pay for the move itself, once per mailbox and with no subscription.
- Do I need the app for the move?
- No. Everything also works on the website, on a computer or on your phone. There you get messages by email. The app is handy if you would rather be told directly on your phone.
- Is there an app for the iPhone?
- Not yet. On an iPhone, use the website in your browser. Everything works the same there.
- What do the notifications say?
- Just one short sentence, for example that the move is done. No addresses and no content from your emails. They are delivered through the service Google provides for this on Android phones, and only if you allow it.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app under “Account” or on the website under “My account”. We then delete all your data. Only invoices must be kept for ten years.
