What happens to your folders

Inbox, Sent, Drafts and Trash land in the matching folder at Outlook, whatever it is called there. Your own folders keep their names and subfolders. Read, flagged and answered marks are kept.

We only include Trash and Spam if you want. Before the start you can deselect individual folders.

How long does the move take?

Usually a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of the mailbox. You don’t need to stay: we email you once everything is there.

Contacts and calendars

We can’t bring contacts and calendars along automatically at Outlook. After the move we show you step by step how to export and import them yourself.
